'Human Acts' (2017) is a speculative fiction driven narrative, exploring the idea of revenants returning to tell stories of unresolved, silenced histories of Korea’s last century of colonialism, war, violent dictatorship and liberation. The work is a continuation of ideas explored in 'Haunting in the Flesh' and asks questions around institutionalized violence and empathy.
